Founder and keeper of the company vision, Anna Colibri has a Master’s Degree in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley. Before building her own business, Anna worked in the world of nonprofits, professional societies, and foundations, primarily in the areas of development and marketing. An unwavering belief in business for good led Anna to support Colibri Digital Marketing through the rigorous process of becoming San Francisco’s first and only full-service, B Corporation-certified digital marketing agency. When she’s not running a business, you’ll find Anna spending time with the people she loves, meditating, or reading a good book.

ALessandra Illarramendi
CEO

Currently living in Caracas, Alessandra majored in communications at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, has an MBA from EUDE Business School in Madrid, and also holds a certificate in digital marketing from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA). Alessandra has managed social media accounts and local marketing platforms for restaurants, agencies, and clothing brands in Venezuela and the United States. As CEO, Alessandra is a natural at managing client relationships, leading and supporting the team, keeping track of millions of details large and small, analyzing clients sales and lead generation funnels, and identifying opportunities to improve and reach their business goals. And she does it all in both English and Spanish! When Alessandra is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and eating delicious food.

Andreina Villegas
CMO

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Andreina majored in communications at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and worked in several Venezuelan corporations analyzing, copywriting, and creating campaigns and initiatives that centered around sustainability. As Chief Marketing Officer, Andreina is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow, finding creative ways to increase brand awareness, thinking of fun activities for the team, and leading our Internship Program, Colibri Institute, to provide opportunities for students and career changers to learn everything they need to know about Digital Marketing. When Andreina is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and mixing with new cultures, doing yoga to relax, and having fun with the people she loves.

Maria ANDREINA PEREZ
COO

Maria is a psychology student at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She is passionate about her career and is looking forward to specializing in organizational or marketing psychology. As Chief Operating Officer, she’s always looking for ways to improve the organization and help the team make every project successful. When Mari is not working (or studying), she likes to spend time with her family and friends, exercise, and watch a lot of TV.

DIEGO CIRIGLIANO
ART DIRECTOR

Diego is an illustrator and designer with a postgraduate degree from the BAU School of Design located in Barcelona, Spain, along with a degree in communications from Universidad Monteávila in Caracas, Venezuela. Diego has experience working in several branches of communications, as he has worked in radio, production, and creative writing; but ultimately decided to focus on illustration and design work. As a designer and illustrator, he always tries to find the fun side of every project to develop it in the most creative way possible. He is very passionate about this particular field of work. When Diego is not working, you can still find him drawing, rehearsing music with his band, or cracking jokes and hanging with his friends.

SIMON KELLER
ANALYTICS DIRECTOR

Born in Maracay and now living in Caracas, Venezuela, Simón is a materials engineer who graduated from the Universidad Simón Bolívar. He is perpetually curious and always wants to learn from his mistakes to continue to grow and improve. As our Analytics Director, he is in charge of making sure that your web traffic is properly tracked. When he’s not working, you can find him playing chess, guitar, or pursuing other hobbies. Unfortunately, he is a Yankees fan.

CAMILA GONZALEZ
EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

Based in Caracas, Venezuela, Camila is a mass communications student at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, specializing in marketing and journalism. As an email marketing manager, Camila is in charge of creating email content and keeping up with new trends to reach bigger audiences. Because she loves to write, she also lends a hand in other types of content creation. When Camila is not working, you can find her watching movies, spending time with her family (and dog), or at the beach.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Born in Caracas, Estefanía is a fashion design student at the Instituto de Diseño de Caracas with a passion for social media. Because she values the environment, she is focused on sustainable production and consumption of fashion. She is fascinated with all the creative work that goes into making content for a brand. Estefanía is organized, career-focused, and constantly looking for ways to be a great team player!

Web Design & Development

As a web designer and developer, Laura collaborates with clients and colleagues in order to build the best possible product to share the client’s message. Laura believes that an engaging and functional website is one of the most important assets an organization has, and she very much enjoys being the person to help create them.

DANIELA PEREZ

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Daniela is a mass communications student at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. As a social media manager, she is always looking for new ways to expand her knowledge. She puts special effort into adding her unique flare to every project she develops. Daniela is very focused and organized, which helps her keep clients on track. When Dani is not working or studying, you will find her reading a book (or writing one), playing the piano, or spending time with her friends and family.

Puck is a California native. When she’s not stalking small animals, she spends her time grooming, or just lying around. The truth is, she doesn’t care about your brand. Unless it tastes like tuna.
